The average flight duration is a little bit less than 40 minutes, depending on weather conditions and air traffic. Olympic Air provides flights 6 days a week (except Tuesdays) until 30th March 2020. From 31st March onwards, Olympic Air is landing in Leros airport on a daily basis.

The same goes with Sky Express. Flight time remains the same, as their AT43 twin-engine aircraft flies you safely from Athens to Naxos in less than 40 minutes. Their schedule is based on 6 days per week (except Saturdays) until 31st March 2020, with the schedule changing to 7 days per week (some days even 2 flights per day) from 1st April 2020 onwards.
